Yes, it is in Paypal. The status is pending until Sept 15th. I am not sure what this means. I can not actually get at the funds yet. So because of this refund will his scammer status be removed? I feel I have settled rather than been satisfied but like I said before $75 is better than nothing. Thanks to you and marquis for you help. I can’t say enough how impressed I am with the Mods getting involved and helping with this issue. I will let you know on the 15th if the funds go through.

It just may not be an instant transfer is all. Please keep me posted as to when you receive the funds. His scammer tag has been removed but obviously if you don't receive the funds that can be reapplied.
